The
sweeping contours of car bodies, the precise corners of daring architecture,
fine strokes creating elaborate canvases, and the aesthetic touch of books –
they’re all forms of artistry. And Aston Martin advocates all. Aston Martin has
partnered with a global property developer to extend its iconic eye for design
into a Miami, USA real estate venture, called Aston Martin Residences, that
will carry the marque’s craftsmanship through the building’s individual
exclusive residences, right up to a triplex penthouse, and even into a limited
edition book.
Aston
Martin began as Bamford and Martin in 1913, between partners Robert Bamford
and Lionel Martin. The unforgettable Aston Martin name came about in 1914.
What’s always captivated the public about Aston Martin cars, and continues to
do so more than 100 years later, is their equal focus on beauty alongside the
drive experience. Aston Martin has always put emphasis on creating cars that
embody inspiration, elevation, and timelessness. As the team on the Aston Martin
Residences website notes, they push ‘to achieve an unheralded level of
aesthetic precision.’ It seems only the next natural move, then, that Aston Martin
should extend this love for art into the forms of property, visual and fine
arts, and books.
Aston
Martin Residences is being developed by G&G Business Developments in a
fittingly beautiful piece of Miami, USA on a waterfront precinct that has
panoramic views of Biscayne Bay. The 66-floor building of a 249-metre height
will have 391 residences, 7 penthouses, and 1 exclusive triplex penthouse – which has
been individually named UNIQUE. The residences are from US $1,5m to US $8,5m;
while the penthouses are from US $16m to US $59m. No detail has been forgotten
in the immaculately finished residences, from marble flooring to quartz
